I played enough Wellspring back in the 1st season of Witchqueen to unlock all the legendary patterns. I have also done weekly Master Wellsprings until reaching Pinnacle cap in each season. And I still only have the one Exotic Glaive that I unlocked through the quest. Whatever the drop rate for the remaining two patterns is, it's way too damned low.Yes, the patterns can drop regardless of the class running the activity. However, you need to unlock the first exotic glaive through the quest chain, then further exotic glaive patterns (the other 2) can drop from the activity (rare chance). #3.
