Hi there, I started playing this year and my character has gond through 3 incarnations; Hyur Midlander male, Sun Cat boiii, and Hyur Midlander female. I really can't decide on a favorite favorite race to play as or decide my gender anymore for my chatacter since I'm having so much fun! No dude, just no. 2 - Miqote Seeker of the Moon has 23 MND, there was a difference of 3-5 MND between my Hyur and my Miqote, it's actually a pretty nice bonus (if you main healer that is). 3 - Lalafell is not an option.
