Fisher plow no power to controller
7 posts · Joined 2016. #1 · Jan 4, 2021. Hi guys; my 5 yr old V plow recently stopped working with the power light on the controller. flashing. I unplugged the plow and plugged it back in, all was well. Today after 30 mins of plowing it did the same, now it won't work at all. Controller flashes, unsure if this is a code.This is a 3 plug setup.It is on the second generation minute mount 1 and minute mount 2 until they changed it back to a two plug. This is the two plug setup.It has the control and light harness in one plug.If your looking to convert the plow to a 3 plug you can still use the power plug. 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD.

If the clicking you hear is at the solenoid, make sure there is power going to the plow pump motor when you activate the controller. My 2015 did the same thing, radio, bluetooth and steering wheel controls all worked but display was black. Dealer reseating some connections in the dash for it.

The solenoid won't turn on the plow motor unless the controller calls for it to. This is a Micro fuse, and there isn't anywhere local that carries a Micro fuse tap that can handle a 20 amp circuit. The brown and green wire on the small terminal is your controller trigger wire.. when you press any power buttons it sends positive to operate the coil. Coming off the solenoid positive side is a red/green wire that powers 2 fuses that turn into red/blk and red white and plug into port 1.
