The only utility of Flame of the Redmanes was it's poise damage. It's slow, has low damage, poor range and often times whiffs with it's wonky hitbox. It also has virtually no use in PvP. You can also grab the uchigatana in limgrave and dual wield katanas for more bleed and try jump attacks and power stance move sets. People need to stop complaining about ...Flame of Redmane does not do much damage. It also has a long start-up animation and only medium range. It's strong, but to be honest staggers and critical are not very good DPS, they are just safe. Bleeds or RKR crushing does far more damage. Colossal weapons don't actually even want to use criticals on poise break.
