I highly recommend the Johnny Glock/Ranger Proof Vex shoe if you can afford it. It makes a huge difference in overall trigger feel just by itself.

Also, at the same time install a Glock "minus" connector. The trigger will be lighter but still safe. As far as "take up" is concerned, big no no on a carry piece!
