Just recently bought a Sony Bravia 4K HDR x900e TV and had it setup to connect to my Comcast Xfinity X1 cable set top box from. I can access most of the cable box functions using the Sony remote like changing channel, accessing settings, stop, play, fast forward, etc. However, I'm trying to access the DVR recordings page on the X1 platform ...The green LED just blinks and blinks until eventually timing out. I did confirm the voice commands option is set to "on". I did all of the basic stuff... reset the STB several times, reset the remote via the "A" and "D" buttons and then entering then 981 code. Still, the same issue. Also, I did have an old XR5 remote laying around.
