My daughter lost her Sim card and it was just replaced by mail. iPhone powered on with the new Sim card and it says activation may take a while, but the phone never activates. Office is closed so can't get any help that way so thought I would reach out to the community.03-18-2013 12:41 PM. I've been with Verizon for years and have switched phone before, but this time I switched from an enV 3 to a Lumina 822, and the phone won't activate. I've tried turning it off and on again, making sure the SIM card is in correctly and everything. The phone also says I have a new number, when all I did was upgrade my contract.
