IMHO I would go for the 1500 as they have more power, torque, and get pretty close to the same mileage with the 900 having a slightly bigger tank. Having a no start issue. Bike is a 2008 kawasaki vulcan nomad 1600. Currently has 66,447 miles on it. No modifications, all stock. Tank is half full of new gas. Battery is fully charged.
